Forevolution Fitness is where fitness meets transformation. Founded by Coach Kyle, our approach is rooted in the belief that true evolution happens when you challenge yourself and train with purpose. We offer a variety of training programs designed to push your limits and help you reach new heights -- from Weekend Warrior HIIT classes to elite soccer team training programs and Small Group Personal Training. Our mission is to guide you on a path of continuous improvement and forever evolving strength both physically and mentally.

I’m Coach Kyle, founder of Forevolution Fitness. Born and raised in Trinidad and Tobago, my journey through soccer, personal training, and endurance athletics has taught me that the body is just the beginning — it's your mindset, resilience, and heart that define real growth. Today, I work with youth, adults, and families to push limits and build confidence through movement, training, and teamwork.

Soccer Journey

Soccer gave me more than a skill set — it gave me structure, discipline, and a mindset to push beyond limits. From college finals heartbreak to scoring hat tricks, I learned that growth doesn’t always come from winning — it comes from showing up, adjusting, and pushing forward. Today, I bring that same mindset into every training session I lead — whether it's a youth team, a one-on-one client, or a parent finding their stride again. Forevolution Fitness is where athletes grow, and people evolve.
